Exercise tips for new moms to lose baby weight
Walking: It sounds like a good old days of the year and may not be as glamorous as joining the gym, but walking is probably one of the best ways to help you get in shape. Plus, it’s free and you can bring your baby with you. If you have just given birth, you probably want to wait for your doctor to give you the clear to start business again, usually between four to six weeks. Then you can gradually get into a good routine of walking. Start slowly and work your way. If you plan to bring baby along, make sure you have a good stroller and bring you all the necessary equipment such as diapers, wipes, and bottles. Most new mothers walking around with baby prefers not too far from home in case they need to make a rapid return to walking a few blocks around your neighborhood is perfect. You can also schedule the walk around your local mall when it is too hot or too cold for you to be outside with your baby.
