Hypnosis

The hypnosis is a state of half sleep or waking sleep in which the hypnotized person is totally relaxed.

Hypnosis is a natural ability to disconnect the body more or less from the outside, for example when very fun and exciting activities (reading, cinema, design, …) where time is shorter . It allows a relaxation nature.

Meditation – a unity of body, mind and soul


The aim of meditation is an awareness of themselves and the “sinking” in the middle of the body – its own depth and silence. Here are body, mind and soul form a unity and experience deep relaxation. Passive meditation in silence and tranquility

About the Meditation

Meditation works best when you are practicing it daily. Even 5-10 minutes daily meditation can help you to relax, inner peace, spiritual strength and balance.

If you are seriously interested in making progress in meditation, you can view the duration of the meditation to increase 20-30 minutes daily. In the higher levels of meditation leads to expansion of consciousness to a sense of connectedness with all beings, to awaken dormant abilities to deeper pleasure, to intuitive knowledge and self-knowledge. Finally, body and spirit transcends and you will experience the unity with the Absolute.
