Healthy eating

Despite the decline in metabolism, the body keeps still needs the same or even higher in vitamins and minerals. This, combined with needs proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, reminds us of the importance of eating three meals a day, accompanied by 1 to 3 snacks if desired. At each meal, choose foods from at least 3 of the 4 food groups. The variety is often the key to a good appetite to try new cereals, breads and vegetables and colorful fruits. Rolls with fresh vegetables


what you need
100 g of vermicelli rice, uncooked
1/4 cup of sesame vinaigrette Mandarin Kraft
2 c. teaspoon of soy sauce lightly
12 slabs of paper rice (round 8-inch)
1 carrot , cut into 30 strips, then cut in half diagonally
1 cucumber English, cut in half diagonally, then cut each half into 30 sticks
2 green onions (green part only), cut into 36 thin slices
1 red pepper , cut into 24 slices, then cut in half diagonally
1/2 avocado , cut into 12 thin slices

Low-calorie diet,

The diet of fruit, five days of fruit and protein, 1300 calories a day

We have talked a few days ago about a light day, only 400 calories a day, but it is true there are very few, at the bottom for a day of sacrifice, already seeing deflated, it is a great satisfaction.
